In this talk, we study the spectral stability of the complex Laplacians when
the underlying structures are slightly perturbed. Our focus is on the stability of
the variational eigenvalues of the $\bar \partial$-Neumann Laplacian and the Kohn Laplacian
on a bounded (pseudoconvex) domain and its boundary in $\mathbb{C}^n$ , respectively. This
talk is based on joint work with Siqi Fu.
